One of the best aspects of our travel was the staff. The team there are amazing. The most notable team members are William (in the dining room/bar), Oliver (concierge service), and Lillie (concierge service). We also appreciated the great breakfast, the beautiful views from the hotel, the walkability to great restaurants and stores, and the special touches like chocolate left from housekeeping, bottled water, robes, and slippers in the bathroom, door services and concierge services.

This hotel is wonderful. Close to many restaurants and the heart of the city. The staff is very accommodating and pay attention to detail. They even made my birthday feel extra special with a personalized cake and letter. The hotel is clean, and the room is beautiful. The pool area is well maintained. Matiz was a delicious restaurant. I have nothing bad to say.

Perfect location, very central to the city and near fabulous restaurants. Yet, strategically placed on a one-way, side street without any heavy traffic. We absolutely loved our stay here. Their amazing staff will spoil and pamper you; especially Lille, the concierge.

The room service was phenomenal, the non-alcoholic drinks from the pool bar were also amazing. The bed was comfy, but the feather pillows were hard and flat. Very nice shower, wish I had noticed there wasn't a tub.
